On Oct. 11th, the Sydney University held an alumni reception as well as a commencement ceremony for its international students along with their families in Shanghai Kerry Hotel. During the reception, authorities of the Sydney University signed up to seven research and education agreement with some of the most prestigious universities in China.
As a indoor ceremony, SOES provided a full range avl service proposal, taking the indoor limitation into consideration, for example the existing equipment in the room, the stage, the lighting, etc. Before any proposal was made, we had visited the hotel for several times and communicated with the hotel too see if the devices in the hotel fit into the ceremony requirement. Given that this was a relatively solemn moment, not as fancy as the shows we carried out before, we provided some clear-sound audio equipment, spotlight which would be applied for speakers, and mainly, the four 150inch projection screen and the 300 inch one. Both of the two items mentioned were of intensive density. Along with the screens, most importantly, HD projectors, live cameras were deployed during the ceremony&reception.
In this case, it was the attitude of the SOES team that impressed our client the most. Due to the reason that all the accessories of our equipment couldn’t be seen during the event, our staff had to very carefully deal with our equipment cables according to the room design.
With the successful ending of our the event, we sincerely felt grateful to our partner&client for their support. Also, we would never forget the efforts from SOES staff.
