Hennessy CLASSIVM is a branch brand released by the the Hennessy Group in 2011. Since its very first release, it has been aimed at the market of the young generation. Therefore, its features include youth, fashion, modern. In order to get the Hennessy CLASSIVM closer to its customers, the Hennessy CLASSIVM ad. team decided to throw parties in popular bars in major cities in China, including Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, etc, where young, IN people usually gather.
Trusted by the Hennessy CLASSIVM team and our client, we arranged our resources from our three offices to provide our avl equipment and technicians to support every party. The main idea of each party was to highlight the Hennessy CLASSIVM, using lighting or video. Among all the parties, there was always a super large bottle (1.5 Litre) of Hennessy CLASSIVM equipped in or out of the bar. Our task was to use our avl effect to make it attractive to its audience. We usually adopted Wash lighting equipment to colorfully shine the Hennessy CLASSIVM bottle, and also, ETC par lights were usually adopted to decorate the surrounding. Inside the bar, what we had to pay attention to was that since there were already lighting and sound equipment in the bar, we had to adjust our equipment to the existing ones, so that we could fit our equipment with the music or lighting for the Hennessy CLASSIVM.
Actually, our project management team have spent about one month on negotiation with our client (partner) before the first party was kicked off, making a full plan for the parties located in different cities. In the end, our efforts were recognized by our partner. Thanks to the trust from our partners and the efforts from our staff, we were offered another chance to provide the avl services for the Hennessy CLASSIVM parties in 2015. We are confident that, with the previous experience, we could do better in 2015.
